Jogging fever is going round - our landlord Ruth has already been infected! She now wants to infect our fitness conscious guests with this virus too.
To make running fun at the start, it is important not to push yourself too hard. To prevent this, our sport masseur Thomas (a physiotherapist) will put together your own personal training programme. In a detailed performance test (done here in the hotel), your body and your heart rate will be analysed and assessed as precisely as possible. The outcome and your future training plan will be explained in your personal consultation with Thomas. Since this test is completely individual, it is suitable for those new to running, as well motivated runners and professionals alike.
- 1 x per week “Waalweg jogging” with Mrs Pirhofer, jogging together on the well-known “Latschanderwaal” between Latsch and Kastelbell
- 1 x per week morning jogging with Mrs Pirhofer
- 1 x per week “Long-Jog” starting at 15 km, with Thomas
